App license: Your use of Intellimote is governed by Apple’s Standard Licensed Application End User License Agreement (“Standard EULA”), which is incorporated into these terms. If these terms conflict with the Standard EULA, the Standard EULA controls to the extent required by Apple.
1. Acceptance
By downloading, accessing, or using Intellimote, you agree to these Terms of Use and the Standard EULA. If you do not agree, do not use the app or purchase a subscription.
2. Intellimote service
Intellimote provides remote-control features for compatible televisions and network audio devices. Device support and individual commands depend on model, firmware, network configuration, and third-party interfaces. Use the free connection and essential-control features to test your setup before subscribing.
You are responsible for having permission to control each device you add and for keeping your local network and device credentials secure.
3. Intellimote Pro subscriptions
Intellimote may offer auto-renewing monthly and yearly subscriptions. The exact price, currency, billing period, free-trial availability, and included features are shown in the app before you confirm a purchase.
- Payment is charged to your Apple Account when you confirm the purchase.
- A subscription renews automatically unless you cancel at least 24 hours before the end of the current billing period.
- Your Apple Account may be charged for renewal within 24 hours before the current period ends.
- If a free trial is offered, unused trial time may be forfeited when you purchase a subscription where permitted by Apple.
- Deleting Intellimote does not cancel a subscription.
Apple handles billing, renewals, cancellations, and refunds under App Store rules. Manage or cancel through Settings → your name → Subscriptions on an Apple device, or through your App Store account. Apple provides current instructions on its subscription support page.
4. Purchase restoration
You can restore eligible purchases in Intellimote → Settings → Intellimote Pro → Restore Purchases while signed in to the Apple Account used for the original purchase. Restoration does not create a new charge.
5. Availability and changes
Intellimote may add, change, or discontinue features to improve the app, respond to platform or device changes, maintain security, or comply with law. Third-party firmware, services, and network protocols may change without notice and can affect compatibility.
The app and website are provided subject to the warranties, limitations, and remedies stated in the Standard EULA and applicable law.
6. Acceptable use
You may not misuse Intellimote, attempt unauthorized control of devices or networks, interfere with the app or supporting services, bypass purchase controls, reverse engineer the app except where law expressly permits it, or use the service in violation of law or another person’s rights.
7. Privacy
The Intellimote Privacy Policy explains local-device handling, poster-artwork processing, purchase status, support communications, and retention.
8. Intellectual property and trademarks
Intellimote and its original software, design, and content are protected by applicable intellectual-property laws. The license granted through the App Store does not transfer ownership.
Intellimote is an independent application and is not affiliated with, sponsored by, or endorsed by Sony, Apple, Denon, Marantz, Yamaha, or their affiliates. BRAVIA, HEOS, MusicCast, Apple, iPhone, iPad, Apple Watch, and other names or marks are the property of their respective owners.
